Return and Refund Policy

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

The user is aware about the Carnot community that:

[a]. The material provided to the user is collected by CARNOT from various sources provided on the internet.

[b]. The package for which the user is paying to CARNOT only includes the services(Planning for NEET, Guidance, Motivation, Personal assistance).

[c]. Carnot will provide its services according to the respective package (course) selected by the student and once the duration of that course is over, the student needs to renew in order to continue the services.

[d]. The student paying the fees has consulted from his parent/guardian about the course enrollment he/she did with CARNOT.

[e]. The fees once submitted are non-refundable and the customer cannot claim for the fees submitted if he/she is not satisfied with the results.

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to NEETCarnot, Address: 298, Indra Colony, Burja, Alwar, Rajasthan, 301001, India.

  • Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.

  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

  • Service refers to the Website.

  • Website refers to NEETCarnot, accessible from https://www.neetcarnot.com

  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Definitions

Refund policy is not applicable on directly subscription based services/plans, check next point for such partial refund. One Time Mentorship Sessions (i.e. 89 Rs 1 time sessions) are however entitled under return policy and are 100% refundable if not find satisfactory. You must information this within 24 hrs after mentorship call.

Carnot will refund 20% of the month's fees + 6 days of free mentorship if we do not reply to your query within 24 hrs of time. The reply via email, Whatsapp, SMS, or any other valid resource will be valid and one cannot ask for compensation in case he/she has not seen the message within 24 hrs even after its sent from Carnot. The people who are given financial aid after checking the financial status of each and every child, cannot claim this Compensation.

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for Refund

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a refund, please make sure that:

  • Product is not a subscription, and you inform us within 24 hours of mentorship call.

The following Goods cannot be refund:​

  • Mentorship subscription plans listed on website.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

Returning Goods

We do not sell any physical products, hence user doesn't have to return anything to us back.
