Terms and Conditions:

By subscribing to or using any of our services/products, the user agrees that they have read, understood and are bound by the terms, regardless of how they subscribe to or use the services. We reserve the right to make changes as and when required in these Terms and Conditions at any time. If a user does not want to be bound by the terms,they must not subscribe to, or use our services. The order for purchase shall be subject to the terms and conditions listed below:-
By submitting the pre and post registration information by user ( collectively, "User Information"), we are having Automatic and standing consent from user a non-exclusive, perpetual , irrevocable , world-wide, royalty-free, license to use, publish, publicly display their information for promotions in all languages, forms and media on the Site and other modes. We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to edit,modify and/or remove their Content without prior notice.Users are solely responsible for their Content/Information, and they agree and represent that they will not:
[a]. Share the information provided to them by CARNOT to the third party community.
[b]. The user cannot blame the CARNOT community if the user is not satisfied with the final exam results.
[c]. Carnot Community is assuming that the work and plan assigned to the user is followed as planned.
The user is aware about the Carnot community that:
[a]. The material provided to the user is collected by CARNOT from various sources provided on the internet.
[b]. The package for which the user is paying to CARNOT only includes the services(Planning for NEET Guidance, Motivation, Personal assistance).
[c]. Carnot will provide its services according to the respective package (course) selected by the student and once the duration of that course is over, the student needs to renew in order to continue the services.
[d]. The student paying the fees has consulted from his parent/guardian about the course enrollment he/she did with CARNOT.
[e]. The fees once submitted are non-refundable and the customer cannot claim for the fees submitted if he/she is not satisfied with the results.
Compensation details:
Carnot will refund 20% of the month's fees + 6 days of free mentorship if we do not reply to your query within 24 hrs of time. The reply via email, Whatsapp, SMS, or any other valid resource will be valid and one cannot ask for compensation in case he/she has not seen the message within 24 hrs even after its sent from Carnot. The people who are given financial aid after checking the financial status of each and every child, cannot claim this Compensation.
NOTE:
We are assuming the student is physiological fit. It is the student’s responsibility to tell everything to mentors. The mentor is only for help. If Any kind of negative actions are taken by students then Mentor or Carnot Education LLP will not be responsible. Mentor will guide his/her best, Mentor will only guide student/Parent what can be best as per his/her experience. To follow or not follow that is completely a student choice. Mentors can ask any kind of questions related to the past, family, and others. By clicking on I agree you are giving consent to Carnot Education LLP that we have all rights to ask any kind of questions to students. Students/ parents can’t take any kind of action for that.
